Each CESTLAVIC custom is handpainted meticulously and made-to-order. There is usually a waitlist of orders (especially around the holidays) so the production times may vary. It can range from 5 weeks to a few months. A more accurate estimate will be provided upon ordering. Please specify in your request form if you have a special date planned to receive your custom shoes, no guarantees, but we will try our best to get the order to you in time!

Yes! CESTLAVIC offers FREE shipping worldwide. However, depending on the country, shipping times may vary. When your order is ready, you will be provided with a tracking number via Canada Post.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds on customized orders. Each order can take upwards of 3 weeks to complete and are made-to-order to your specified design and shoe size. Please ensure you double-check shoe sizing prior to placing your order. We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. CESTLAVIC shoes are made with the highest quality textile acrylic paints and protected with a special spray that makes them resistant to bleeding and fading when exposed to water. Although CESTLAVIC shoes can survive the rain and puddles, to reduce wear and preserve the vibrant colours, avoid prolonged exposures to water and direct sunlight. Use a moistened towel to gently clean away any dirt on the shoes. The soles can always be cleaned using conventional methods, just be careful not to get any harsh chemicals on the painted surfaces.

At CESTLAVIC we use the highest quality formulas of textile paint that is flexible and will resist cracking/flaking. The painting is further protected by several layers of sealant that maintain the vibrancy of the paint and protect it from the elements. CESTLAVIC customs have been tested in our studio and have stood the test of time on our customers! Shoes from six years ago have withstood many trips to themeparks and are still going strong. No flaking, no bleeding, no cracking.
